Shipping Policy

Shipping method

CraftYourJewelry ships orders via PostNL or DHL. Where possible we ship as a letterbox package, so your package fits through the letterbox and you don't need to be home to receive it. For orders of multiple products that no longer fit in a letterbox package, we ship as a regular package. In that case you will need a signature upon receipt or the package will be left at a PostNL or DHL service point near you.

Please note: tracking of a letterbox package is limited. In exceptional cases, a letterbox package cannot be fully tracked. Regular packages are fully trackable.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95 per order. For orders of €50 or more you receive free shipping. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you place the order.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after ordering.

PostNL or DHL delivers Tuesday through Saturday. Please take this into account for the expected delivery time. The maximum delivery time is 30 days in accordance with Dutch law. If delivery is not possible within this period for any reason, we will notify you in a timely manner. In that case you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and the full purchase amount will be refunded.

Delivery address

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. It is not possible to deliver to a PO box number. Make sure your delivery address is entered correctly and completely. CraftYourJewelry is not liable for delay or non-delivery as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping confirmation

After shipping you will receive a confirmation email. For a regular package we will add a track and trace code with which you can track the delivery via the PostNL or DHL website. For a letterbox package, tracking is limited.

Not received

Have you not received your package while the expected delivery time has passed? First check whether the package has been left with a neighbor or is at a PostNL or DHL service point near you. Then contact us at info@craftyourjewelry.com. Please include your order number and delivery address so we can start an investigation with PostNL or DHL.

Damaged package received

Did you receive a damaged package? Take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 14 days at info@craftyourjewelry.com. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Public holidays

No orders are shipped or delivered on official Dutch public holidays. Around busy periods such as St. Nicholas Day and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We advise you to order in good time during these periods.
