Article 2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the CraftYourJewelry webshop. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. CraftYourJewelry reserves the right to change these conditions. The most current version can always be found at www.craftyourjewelry.com.

Article 3. Offers and contract formation

All offers on the website are without obligation. CraftYourJewelry reserves the right to change prices and the range. An agreement is concluded at the moment you have received an order confirmation by email. CraftYourJewelry reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information.

Article 4. Prices

All prices on the website are stated in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and are not included in the product price, unless stated otherwise. CraftYourJewelry reserves the right to change prices. For orders that have already been placed and confirmed, the prices as displayed at the time of ordering apply.

Article 5. Payment

Payment must be made via one of the payment methods offered during the checkout process. CraftYourJewelry accepts iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Orders are processed after receipt of payment. In case of non-payment or incomplete payment, CraftYourJewelry reserves the right not to process the order.

Article 6. Retention of title

All delivered products remain the property of CraftYourJewelry until full payment has been received.

Article 7. Delivery

CraftYourJewelry aims to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. The maximum delivery time is 30 days in accordance with the law. If delivery is not possible within this period, you will be notified in a timely manner and you have the right to cancel the order free of charge. Delivery takes place exclusively in the Netherlands. Shipping is via PostNL as a letterbox package. You will receive a track and trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to you at the moment of delivery.

Article 8. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are €4.95 per order. For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Article 9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to actually return the product. We request that you return the product unused and in the original packaging. If the kit has demonstrably been used or damaged, we reserve the right to offset the depreciation. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method.

Article 10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. At this time CraftYourJewelry does not offer personalized products, which means the right of withdrawal applies to all our products.

Article 11. Warranty and conformity

CraftYourJewelry guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable requirements of quality and usability. Did you receive a damaged or wrong product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@craftyourjewelry.com. We will resolve this free of charge by replacing the product or refunding the purchase amount. The statutory warranty applies to all products.

Article 12. Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described via info@craftyourjewelry.com. Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the complaint. We respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee at www.degeschillencommissie.nl or to the European ODR commission at www.ec.europa.eu/odr.

Article 13. Liability

CraftYourJewelry is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. CraftYourJewelry is not liable for consequential damages, loss of profit or other indirect damage. The liability of CraftYourJewelry is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

Article 14. Force majeure

CraftYourJewelry is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if this is not possible as a result of force majeure. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond CraftYourJewelry's control that temporarily or permanently prevents fulfillment of the agreement.

Article 15. Privacy

CraftYourJewelry processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our privacy statement at www.craftyourjewelry.com.

Article 16. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements between CraftYourJewelry and the customer. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes can be submitted to the competent court or to the Disputes Committee at www.degeschillencommissie.nl.

Article 17. Severability

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions prove to be null and void or voidable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
